Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We use Sendle + Australia post to ship World Wide.
Regular shipping incurs a flat rate fee of $9.95, Aus post/Sendle regular shipping has an estimated arrival time of 5-10 days once dispatched.
Express shipping incurs a flat rate fee of $15, Aus post express shipping has an estimated arrival time of 1-2 days once dispatched.
We post to most countries worldwide and this is charged on the weight of your package. If you have any questions about your specific shipping requirements, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Please keep in mind that delivery times could be affected due to the ongoing demand on these carrier services because of COVID-19.
We only ship during Business hours - Monday-Friday (9am-4pm) This excludes public holidays.
*We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Returns
Zaja the label understands that sometimes things just aren't quite right.
We hope you love your new pieces although if you do not for any reason, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to return your full price item for a store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on sale items, or items purchased with a discount code so please do choose carefully when shopping with us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unaltered condition as received, unworn/unused, and with all tags attached. We also require your order number and date of purchase.

All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless deemed faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty/Damaged Items
Here at Zaja the label we pride ourselves on packing each and every order in house and checking all garments before they arrive at your door. In the rare event that the item received is faulty please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@zajathelabel.com.au for us to then review further.
Please note that the garment you are returning should be in its unaltered condition as received, unworn/unused, and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to replace the garment if necessary, if the garment cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, or items purchased with a discount code. These are final sale items and will only be accepted for return if deemed faulty.
Store Credits
Store credits issued are non-refundable for a cash amount. Store credits have an expiry of 3 years from date of issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We ask that you please place a new order with your store credit after your return has been finalised.
Gift Cards
Our Gift cards are not redeemable for a cash amount. Gift cards have an expiry of 3 years from date of issue.
Pre Order
Changes or cancellations to pre orders will only be accepted if there is a significant delay to dispatch (greater than 2 weeks from shipment date given)
